What can this tool do and what is it suitable for?

If you have debts or have fallen behind on a payment, we can help you formulate a payment offer using this tool. The tool guides you to a finished letter template using a maximum of ten questions. For each question we have given basic considerations, which are introduced with “We ask you to consider this”.

There we explain why we are asking the question in question or what information could be important for answering it.

There is also always a yellow box labeled “This is what we advise you”. You should always follow the instructions in these yellow boxes. This increases the chances that your case will be successful with the creditor. When all questions have been answered, you will receive a completed sample letter at the end that you can send directly to your creditor.
